Many non-profit organizations choose to use our benefit performances as a fundraising opportunity. Here's how it works: Your organization can pay a flat fee for use of the theatre for an evening (availability listed below). You can sell tickets, serve food, host auctions, whatever you like. Your attendees then get to watch a TWS performance that is put on EXCLUSIVELY for them!
Rates are $1200 for a Mainstage/Holiday benefit (410 seats) and $450 for a Forum benefit. Your organization can charge an amount equal to or more than these ticket prices:
$20 for Mainstage or Forum productions
$13 for Holiday production
$12 for Children's Theatre productions
The Benefits of Having Your Benefit at TWS:
Let's take a minute and do the math...
Let's say you want to have a fundraiser that nets $6000. You book our mainstage, and you sell tickets at $20.00. (That's what we charge, although you may charge more.) If you sell 300 tickets (out of 410 maximum) that's $6000 in ticket sales, minus $1200 rental fee. That nets $4800. Another modest $1200 from a silent auction or refreshments in the lobby at intermission, and you've made your goal, while our actors and technicians have done most of the work. It's simple, it's effective, and it's not labor intensive.
